is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our travel technology and hospitality solutions to hotels, resorts, travel agencies, tour operators, and other tourism-related businesses.

The candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and present suitable technology solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

● MBA candidates

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Strong confidence in speaking with hotel owners, managers, and business decision-makers.

● Basic knowledge of the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry is preferred.

● Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other productivity tools.

● Solid persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.





● Ability to understand software products and explain their benefits to clients.

● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and products.

● Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

● Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

● Generate leads and identify potential clients within the hospitality and tourism industry.

● Reach out to hotels, resorts, travel agencies, tour operators, and other hospitality businesses through calls, emails, and online channels.

● Present Retrod Travel Tech's products and solutions to prospective clients.

● Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and business meetings.

● Understand client challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

● Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel owners, managers, and travel industry professionals.

● Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
