Role & responsibilities:

Payroll and Compensation, Benefits Administration:
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across all entities in group.
- Lead compensation and benefits programs, including employee insurance and welfare schemes.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present Compensation & Perks dashboards, analytics, and MIS reports for leadership review.
- Resolve payroll and benefits-related employee queries, ensuring high service standards and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, labor laws, and organizational compliance requirements through effective controls, documentation, and governance mechanisms.
- Represent the Compensation & Benefits function during internal, external, statutory, and compliance audits.

Market Intelligence:
- Conduct compensation benchmarking studies and analyze industry best practices, salary trends, and incentive structures.




- Partner with business leaders to identify critical KPIs and design performance-linked incentive and reward programs.
- Monitor market developments and provide actionable recommendations to maintain external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Publish market intelligence insights and compensation reports for senior management.

Compensation Review Process:
- Lead the annual compensation review cycle, aligning salary decisions with business objectives, market positioning, performance outcomes, internal equity, and approved budgets.
- Design, review, and maintain salary structures, grades, and compensation frameworks across all job levels.
- Manage annual merit increases, promotions, variable pay programs, and incentive schemes for both support and business-facing functions.
- Ensure effective governance and consistency in compensation decisions across the organization.
