The Enablement & Governance Lead, Infrastructure & Operations (I&O;)
is responsible for establishing and driving the governance, operational excellence, portfolio enablement, and performance management practices across the global Infrastructure & Operations organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to I&O; leadership, ensuring alignment of initiatives, standardization of processes, effective decision-making, risk management, organizational communications, and execution of enterprise-wide infrastructure transformation programs.
This position reports to the director of Transformation and Network services and is part of the Infrastructure and Operations organization and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Establish and lead governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and decision-making processes across the I&O; organization, driving portfolio governance for infrastructure, cloud, network, security, workplace technologies,
