At *Matrix Energy Distribution Pvt Ltd*., we are a trusted name in fuel and lubricant distribution. We are now looking for a proactive Sales Officer - HSD Industrial Sales to expand our B2B industrial customer base for High-Speed Diesel (HSD) across South Bengal.
Role Overview
The Sales Officer - HSD Industrial Sales will be responsible for client retention, new industrial customer onboarding, and coordinating logistics with our fuel tankers. You will drive B2B sales growth while ensuring seamless service delivery and operational compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Stay in constant touch with existing industrial HSD clients to ensure seamless service and generate consistent repeat orders
- Prospect and onboard new industrial clients including factories, infrastructure projects, fleet operators, and commercial units
- Coordinate with the transport team for tanker placements and scheduling
- Track road-site tanker positions via GPS and driver communication
- Ensure safety SOP compliance during decantation at customer sites
- Conduct sudden market visits to evaluate regional fuel demand, pricing dynamics, and customer requirements
- Follow up on payment completion and ledger reconciliation before finalizing dispatch and accounts closure
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and pricing strategies
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, commercial fuel supply, logistics, or heavy industrial products
- Understanding of tanker dispatching, GPS tracking, and safety SOPs for petroleum products
- Strong B2B communication, relationship-building, and account management skills
- Target-driven with proven ability to acquire and retain industrial clients
