to join our team.

This is a true
entry-level position
with an intense focus on growth. You do not need prior experience with specific cloud applications—
we will provide comprehensive, end-to-end training
. Unlike typical entry-level roles where you only handle small pieces of a puzzle,
once your initial training phase is complete, you will be given full ownership of individual client projects and complete bookkeeping accounts.

Work Setup:
This role is primarily
Work from Home (WFH)

must be able to attend our office for your initial training/onboarding phase and for periodic team meetings as required.
Over time, this position is expected to transition into a full-time, office-based role.

Key Responsibilities & Duties1. Zoho Financial Applications Implementation
- Undergo thorough training to master the implementation and configuration of core cloud financial modules:
Zoho Books

Zoho Inventory
, and
Zoho Procurement

- Take full ownership of assigned projects post-training, mapping client business processes and setting up their custom Zoho ecosystems from start to finish.
- Lead client onboarding sessions, test system workflows, and ensure the software is fully optimized for the client’s operational needs.

2. Full-Cycle Outsourced Bookkeeping
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations for assigned client accounts using
Zoho Books
