Role Description
The Tool and Die Maker for Canada Opportunities role is a full time, on-site position based in Canada, focused on preparing skilled professionals for tool and die making careers in Canada. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling, fitting, and repairing tools, dies, jigs,



and fixtures; reading and interpreting engineering drawings; and operating conventional and CNC machines to produce precision components. The role involves measuring and inspecting finished parts to meet quality standards, performing troubleshooting and maintenance on tooling, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes. The position may also include documenting work, adhering to safety protocols, and coordinating with Esse India’s immigration consultants to align experience and credentials with Canadian employment and visa requirements.
