Role Description
The Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Eranad, responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, identifying mechanical and electrical issues, and carrying out corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.



The role involves troubleshooting equipment failures, coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance activities, and documenting maintenance work in accordance with company standards. The Maintenance Technician will also support continuous improvement initiatives, adhere to safety and hygiene protocols, and ensure all machinery runs efficiently to meet manufacturing demands.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance within a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and performing effective Maintenance & Repair.
- Experience planning and executing Preventive Maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
- Working knowledge of safety standards, food industry hygiene requirements, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
