About the Role

This is not a traditional marketing or sales role.





We're looking for a Growth & Business Development Executive who will help us generate qualified business opportunities, build partnerships, improve our marketing execution, and identify new ways to reach gym owners across India.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Market Research

Build and maintain a database of gym owners, fitness studios, yoga studios, Pilates studios, CrossFit boxes, and sports academies across India.

Research current markets, cities, and business opportunities.

Identify high-potential prospects using tools like Google Maps, LinkedIn, Justdial, Instagram, and other online directories.

Maintain accurate CRM records.

Identify and approach potential business partners such as gym consultants, equipment suppliers, fitness academies, franchise consultants, and
