Cynosure Technologies is hiring an experienced Lead – Network for Tata Electronics Pvt. Ltd.

Position Details
- Role: Lead – Network
- Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager
- Experience: 8–12 Years
- Location: Vemagal, Karnataka
- Work Mode: Onsite (Plant Environment)
- Shift: As per Plant Operations (24x7)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise network deployment, implementation, and support activities.
- Deploy and manage active & passive network infrastructure across manufacturing plants.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Fiber Backbone, ISP links, and network redundancy.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure high availability.
- Implement network security, device hardening, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
- Lead critical incident resolution, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Change Management activities.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and backup strategies.
- Maintain network documentation, inventory, health checks,



and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT Infrastructure and Security teams.
