We are expanding our operations within our dedicated Mining and Performance Chemicals division and are looking for a highly organized, results-driven qualified to strengthen our back-office and on-site coordination presence.

Role Overview The selected candidate will manage end-to-end sales operations, site coordination, and back-office support for the PC Department. This role focuses heavily on seamless project execution for our fire retardant solutions and material handling chemicals at client sites, bridging the gap between sales, procurement, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle fire retardant products,



including the preparation of commercial offers, online estimates with detailed calculations, and proforma invoices.
- Support tender participation and reverse auction (RA) processes, encompassing documentation and pricing coordination.
- Coordinate chemical dosing operations at the Ore Handling Plant (OHP) for coal handling and iron ore fines to ensure smooth site execution.
- Plan and coordinate with site teams to address operational requirements and guarantee timely procurement.
- Handle domestic procurement by obtaining market quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and issuing purchase orders.
- Coordinate all monthly billing activities, including submission on vendor portals and payment follow-ups.
- Manage end-to-end sales operations and provide back-office support specifically for the PC Dept.
