ABOUT THE ROLE -

We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in B2B sales and technology services.

In this role, you will communicate with prospective business clients, understand their business requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to business development sales initiatives. You will receive guidance and training to develop your communication, sales, and client engagement skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with prospective business clients through approved outreach channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and coordinate meetings with the consulting team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Prepare qualified emails and other business communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process and client onboarding.
- Continuously improve communication and sales skills through feedback and training.





REQUIREMENTS -
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, and technology services.
- Logical thinking with the ability to understand business challenges.
- Basic understanding of software, cloud technologies, AI, or business applications is an advantage.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple follow-ups.
- Willingness to collaborate with clients across different time zones when required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -
- Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Internship, academic project, or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
