Role Description
The Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bhopal,



with a mix of on-site client visits and occasional work from home. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting BituBin India’s sustainable procurement solutions across infrastructure and construction sectors. The Sales Representative will conduct product presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and support contract closures in alignment with company policies. Day-to-day activities include market research, lead generation, regular follow-ups, coordination with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires participation in industry events, site meetings, and regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
