Job Description:
- Expeditor shall make initial contact with the SELLER to confirm basic reporting information and open lines of communication. A request will be made, in writing, requesting confirmation that the order has been received and entered the SELLERs production planning.




- The Expeditor shall closely review SELLER's plans for submission of technical documentation as well as production and delivery schedules to ensure they are in accordance with Project requirements.
- The Expediter shall act as the RILs representative at the SELLERs location and shall take immediate action in consultation with the RIL to resolve any reported problem.
- Expeditor shall be responsible for all aspects of desk and coordinate for area/shop expediting from receipt of the initial Purchase Order document to delivery of all goods and documentation in accordance with the Purchase Order requirements.
- Working jointly with Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, Purchasing, Supplier Quality and Traffic and Logistics, the Expeditor shall identify critical items that require area expediting assignments.
