About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech graduates in Civil
Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering to join our Administration &
Facilities team as School Executives.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in facilities management
and maintenance. The School Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day
functioning of the school campus by supporting maintenance activities across civil, mechanical, and
electrical systems, while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient learning setting.
Key Responsibilities
Civil Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections of classrooms, corridors, washrooms, and other school infrastructure.
Coordinate minor civil repairs, including masonry, painting, plumbing, waterproofing, and
carpentry work.
Monitor building condition and report structural issues.




Ensure campus cleanliness and infrastructure maintenance standards.
Mechanical Maintenance
¢ Perform basic maintenance of pumps, generators, fans, furniture, doors, windows, and other
mechanical equipment.
¢ Assist in preventive maintenance activities.
¢ Identify equipment faults and coordinate repairs with vendors.
Electrical Maintenance
¢ Inspect and maintain lighting systems, switches, sockets, ceiling fans, MCBs, and electrical
installations.
¢ Identify electrical faults and ensure timely rectification.
¢ Support preventive maintenance while following safety standards.
General Responsibilities
¢ Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
¢ Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
¢ Maintain maintenance records.
¢ Ensure safe completion of maintenance work.
¢ Follow PPE and workplace safety procedures.
¢ Support the Administration team in maintaining a safe campus.
