About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our growing Dubai Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate telecalling, preferably in the Dubai real estate market. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and schedule appointments for our property consultants.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided databases.
- Generate high-quality leads for Dubai real estate projects.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their investment or property requirements.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested buyers and investors.




- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and other communication channels.
- Build rapport with clients and maintain a professional approach at all times.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, projects, and investment opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing.
- Prior experience in Dubai real estate is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in any real estate calling process will also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear and skilled phone manner.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to build trust and engage prospects over the phone.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
