Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Sales Specialist based in Saket, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The individual will manage client relationships, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating performance marketing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize results, monitoring campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities,



and collaborating with the team to ensure client success.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing for campaign optimization and result delivery
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions, and collaborate effectively with internal teams
- Experience with utilizing performance marketing tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with self-motivation and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in sales or performance marketing is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
