Role Description
The Deputy Chief Technology Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for supporting the overall technology vision and strategy of AbsoJob. This role oversees key software and product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and service delivery standards.
The Deputy CTO collaborates with cross-functional teams to define technical architectures, manage complex technology projects, and implement scalable solutions that enhance internal platforms and client-facing services. Daily responsibilities include guiding technical teams, reviewing project plans, monitoring delivery timelines, optimizing processes, and ensuring technology investments are efficient and secure. The role also involves mentoring technology staff, evaluating emerging tools and trends, and contributing to long-term roadmaps that support innovation and operational excellence.
