Key Responsibilities

Store Operations
- Manage the daily operations of the optical store to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store security.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.

Sales & Customer Service
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive sales of spectacles, sunglasses, contact lenses, and related accessories.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and promotional campaigns.

Team Management
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive, customer-focused work environment.

Inventory Management
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and minimize stock shortages.
- Monitor stock movement, replenishment, and product availability.




- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams for timely replenishment.

Optical & Customer Support
- Coordinate with optometrists and dispensing staff to ensure accurate order processing.
- Ensure timely delivery of spectacles and customer orders.
- Maintain quality standards for optical products and services.
- Handle customer complaints regarding prescriptions, product quality, or service.

Business Development
- Build customer relationships to improve retention and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to increase store revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.
- Implement local marketing initiatives to increase footfall.

Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Track store expenses and maintain profitability.
- Report business performance and operational issue
