Cynosure Technologies is hiring an experienced Problem & Knowledge Manager for our prestigious client Tata Electronics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Problem Management lifecycle including identification, RCA, workaround creation, resolution, and closure.
- Perform proactive and reactive Problem Management to eliminate recurring incidents.
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, and Fault Tree Analysis.
- Track Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely implementation.
- Own and govern the Knowledge Management process, standards, templates, and workflows.
- Create, review, and maintain high-quality knowledge articles for Service Desk, L2/L3 teams, and end users.




- Drive knowledge adoption to improve self-service and reduce recurring incidents.
- Manage Problem & Knowledge modules in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
- Publish dashboards and KPIs including Problem trends, Knowledge usage, CAPA, MTTI, and Ticket Deflection.
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives across IT operations.
