Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, digital platforms, events, and site visits.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.




- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and customer relationship teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business development reports.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or real estate marketing.
