Role Description

The Land Surveyor will perform full-time, on-site survey work based in Salem, supporting infrastructure projects across Tamil Nadu. Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting field surveys, operating Total Station and DGPS equipment, collecting topographic and boundary data, and performing building and land measurements in alignment with project requirements. The role involves coordinating with engineers and design teams, verifying survey accuracy, preparing survey drawings and reports, and maintaining clear documentation that meets government standards. The Land Surveyor will also ensure compliance with safety practices, manage survey records, and support drone and geotechnical teams with accurate ground data as needed.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Land Surveying and Surveying for infrastructure and building projects.




- Candidates should possess practical experience with Topographic Surveys and Building Surveying for roads, bridges, and related works.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in operating Total Station and related survey instruments; DGPS experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of survey data processing, basic CAD software, and preparation of survey drawings and reports.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field; recognized survey certification is an added benefit.
- Ability to work on-site in varied field conditions, travel within Tamil Nadu, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with government standards, PWD/Highways specifications, and infrastructure project workflows is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
