We are looking for an experienced IT Team Lead who can lead a high-performing development team while actively contributing to architecture, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in MERN Stack, Python, and Java, along with excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise solutions.
- Architect and implement robust backend systems using Node.js, Python, and Java.




- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
- Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and task allocation.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and AI-powered solutions where required.
- Ensure proper documentation, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
