About the chance

Pasondia Cables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, organised and execution-oriented marketing professional to strengthen the company’s brand and corporate communication across digital platforms, exhibitions, marketing materials and customer-facing channels.

The selected professional will work closely with the Director and coordinate with Sales, International Business, Technical, Quality, HR and Plant teams.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute Pasondia’s overall marketing and brand calendar.
- Maintain consistent company positioning, visual identity, messaging and brand standards.
- Manage LinkedIn, social media, email marketing, website content and digital campaigns.
- Develop corporate stories, product communication, technical highlights and customer-facing content.
- Coordinate company profiles, brochures, catalogues, presentations, advertisements, newsletters and case studies.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international exhibitions, conferences, sponsorships and industry events.
- Coordinate exhibition registrations, stall communication,



invitations, promotional materials and post-event content.
- Work with designers, photographers, video agencies, website developers and other external partners.
- Coordinate plant photography, corporate films, product visuals and campaign creatives.
- Collect accurate content and information from Technical, Quality, Production, Sales and HR teams.
- Support product launches, certifications, approvals, awards, achievements and company announcements.
- Maintain the company’s marketing-content library, brand assets and approved templates.
- Track campaign performance, website engagement, social-media growth, enquiries and exhibition leads.
- Support corporate communication, public relations, employer branding and internal communication.
- Ensure that all marketing claims and technical information are accurate and properly approved.
