Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential customers, and drive sales through calls, emails, and online platforms. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate current business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM systems
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with field sales or other departments when required
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
