Role & responsibilities

*Manage end-to-end Operation Theatre (OT) operations.

* Ensure optimum utilization of OT resources, equipment, and manpower.

* Standardize OT workflows and implement best operational practices across the cluster.

* Monitor OT scheduling, turnaround time, productivity, and utilization.

* Ensure adherence to NABH, infection control, quality, and patient safety standards.

* Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing teams, and hospital administration for smooth OT functioning.

* Analyze operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.

* Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

* Lead, coach, and develop OT teams to improve efficiency and service quality.

* Handle audits, compliance requirements, and corrective action implementation.

* Support recent center setup, operational expansion, and change management initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

* Strong knowledge of Operation Theatre management.

* Team leadership and stakeholder management.

* Hospital quality standards (NABH preferred).

* Process improvement and operational excellence.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
