ield Marketing Manager– Lubrication Division

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our Lubrication Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the industrial, spare parts, and automotive lubrication market.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s range of lubrication products, including industrial oils, greases, and automotive lubricants.
- Identify new business opportunities within the industrial and automotive segments and convert leads into sales.
- Develop and maintain solid, long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, spare parts retailers, and end-users.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
- Gather market intelligence,



including competitor activities in the industrial and automotive sectors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales reports, invoices, and collections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and effective after-sales service.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in lubricants, oils, spare parts, or industrial consumables.
- Strong technical understanding of lubrication products, industrial applications, automotive systems, and spare parts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
