Key Responsibilities

• Sell international cruise holidays, flight tickets, and holiday packages.

• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.

• Achieve monthly sales targets in a target-driven setting.

• Stay updated on cruise products, destinations, offers, and promotions.

• Use GDS systems for flight reservations and travel bookings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cruise sales or travel sales.

• GDS knowledge is mandatory.

• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of international cruise products and destinations is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
