Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead/manage/supervise a function / organization / department / team in the development, and/or implementation and/or execution in their own area of responsibility. Each day, you will be accountable for the delivery of solutions, and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps that align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring effective service capabilities.

This role is contributing to the Information Systems Function globally.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Services in scope, ensuring they are clearly defined, prioritized, funded, and governed, while overseeing end-to-end service performance through effective coordination with Service Owners, Global IS teams, partners, and suppliers against agreed scope, cost, quality, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Simplification and improvement of the customer experience by clearly communicating services in business terms, managing stakeholder relationships,
and acting as an escalation point to ensure service issues are addressed through theappropriate ServiceOwners and delivery teams.
- Overseeing risk, change, and continuous improvement across services and processes, ensuring sustainable operations and value creation in collaboration with Service Owners and delivery partners.
- Owning and leading demand management forManaged Services IS Category, proactively qualifying, prioritizing, and aligning demand with Global IS, Business Areas, Procurement, Sourcing, and V&A; stakeholders to ensure services in scope meet business needs.
- Defining,owning,implementing, and continuously improvingVendor Managementgovernance frameworks, processes, policies, standards, KPIs, and controls, ensuring performance transparency, compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
