Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and international client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be confident in identifying suitable opportunities, writing personalized proposals, engaging with clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Key Reponsibilities
- Identify relevant projects on Upwork that align with our service offerings.
- Write customized and compelling proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team to prepare solutions and estimates.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline with regular activity tracking.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients.
- Stay updated with Upwork trends, bidding strategies, and industry best practices.
