Customer Relations Executive

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage student and customer interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Guide students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and company services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Support student onboarding and ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support business development and marketing activities when required.





Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/BBA candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM knowledge or customer support experience will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Customer Support, Sales, Business Development, EdTech, Educational Consultancy, IT/ITES, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
