Role Overview

We are looking for a high-calibre
Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
to drive enterprise sales for Trovex. This role requires someone who understands complex B2B sales cycles, has strong relationships with decision-makers, and can sell a value-led AI product to large Indian enterprises.

The ideal candidate has experience selling
enterprise SaaS or tech solutions
to BFSI, pharma, real estate, or large corporate clients—and is comfortable navigating CXOs, HR, L&D;, Sales Enablement, and Compliance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth




- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Drive current business across BFSI, pharma, real estate, and large enterprise accounts
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-to-large enterprise deals

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build deep relationships with CXOs, HR, L&D;, Sales Heads, and Business Leaders
- Leverage existing networks within BFSI and enterprise ecosystems to open doors
- Act as a trusted advisor, clearly articulating Trovex’s business impact and ROI

Solution Selling
- Understand client training, sales enablement, and assessment challenges
- Position Trovex as a strategic solution, not just a tool
- Work closely with product and implementation teams to align solutions with customer needs

Market Expansion
- Contribute to GTM strategy and sector-specific sales playbooks
- Support expansion into APAC and Middle East markets (experience he
