We are looking for a high energy, high impact enterprise sales professional to lead our Karnataka India business. This role is meant for someone who loves hunting for new business, enjoys engaging with senior business leaders, and has built lasting relationships with CXOs, CHROs, L&D; Heads, Business Heads and Talent leaders across industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead B2B business across Karnataka India.
- Develop a strong portfolio of enterprise accounts across industries.
- Generate new business through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and executive relationships.
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, CHROs, L&D; Heads, Business Leaders and Talent Heads.
- Position leadership development, technology-enabled learning, LMS, digital learning,



and capability-building solutions to enterprise clients.
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification and stakeholder mapping to proposal creation, negotiation, closure, and account growth.
- Forecast revenue accurately and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Present sales dashboards, pipeline reviews, insights, and action plans to leadership on a regular basis.

Experience
- 10 to 15 years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years selling Learning & Development solutions, LMS, Digital Learning, Learning Technology, Talent Solutions, or Enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently overachieving annual sales targets.
- Solid experience acquiring new enterprise logos and growing strategic accounts.
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
