Looking for a ServiceNow Lead with proven expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
The role involves leading implementations, designing solutions, managing integrations, and guiding teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Solid hands-on FSM & HRSD implementation skills
- Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide) & integrations (REST/SOAP)
- ServiceNow certifications preferred
- Excellent leadership & communication skills
