We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Business Development Manager (IT Services Sales)
to drive domestic and international business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing the sales team, preparing commercial documents, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit local clients for business meetings, presentations, and relationship building.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
- Acquire domestic and international clients through various online platforms and direct outreach.
- Conduct client requirement analysis and prepare customized business proposals.
- Prepare and manage commercial documents, including: Proposals, Quotations, Statements of Work (SOW), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) etc.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and project terms with clients.




- Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, and regular sales reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage the business development team.
- Develop sales strategies to expand business across recent markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in IT Services Sales or Software Sales.
- Proven experience in domestic and international client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of global IT service markets, outsourcing models, and emerging technology trends.
