Cynosure Technologies is hiring L1 IT Support Engineers – OT & IT for our prestigious client.

Job Details
- Role: L1 IT Support Engineer – OT & IT
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)
- Location: TSAT – Vemagal, Karnataka
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (6 Days Working)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, barcode readers, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Support OT/Manufacturing environments including Industrial PCs, HMIs, shop-floor terminals, and manufacturing endpoints.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, or ManageEngine.
- Perform basic LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and endpoint connectivity troubleshooting.
- Support MES, production systems, and coordinate with Automation, Maintenance, and Production teams.
- Ensure SLA compliance, accurate ticket documentation,



and effective shift handovers.
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and infrastructure monitoring activities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Manufacturing / Plant IT environments
- Knowledge of MES, HMI, Industrial PCs, and Shop-floor systems
- Valuable troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
