The Financial Reporting Analyst II is responsible for developing, maintaining, validating, and enhancing internal financial reports within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Management Reporter. This role partners closely with the Senior Financial Analyst to create standardized financial reporting that supports Accounting, Finance, and executive leadership while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in accounting principles, including U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting, and is able to analyze financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness. In addition to technical report development, this role identifies reporting issues, recommends process improvements, maintains reporting documentation, and supports the integrity of the organization's financial reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
- Develop, maintain, and modify financial reports, reporting trees, row definitions, and column definitions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Management Reporter.



Create standardized financial reporting packages for Finance and business leadership. Maintain reporting hierarchies and ensure report definitions remain current as organizational structures evolve.
- Review financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies. Reconcile Management Reporter outputs to the general ledger, validate chart of accounts mappings, research reporting variances, troubleshoot discrepancies, and identify anomalies requiring further investigation. Provide recommendations to improve report accuracy and reporting quality.
- Assist the Senior Financial Analyst with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities. Support implementation of new entities, accounts, reporting structures, and system enhancements by performing report testing, validation, and quality assurance.
