About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (CA Semi-Qualified) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and corporate filings. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete accounting cycle, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate financial records.

This role requires solid expertise in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA filings, and financial reconciliations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling accounting operations while coordinating with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities whenever required.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping

· Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime.

· Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.

· Prepare journal vouchers, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and contra entries.

· Maintain General Ledger, Subsidiary Ledgers, and Chart of Accounts.





· Monitor accounting records to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

· Verify supporting documents before posting accounting entries.

· Ensure proper accounting classification of expenses and revenues.

2. Accounts Payable Management

· Process vendor bills and supplier invoices.

· Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents.

· Monitor vendor outstanding balances.

· Prepare vendor payment schedules.

· Ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.

· Reconcile vendor statements regularly.

· Resolve discrepancies related to supplier accounts.

3. Accounts Receivable Management

· Generate customer invoices accurately and on time.

· Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.

· Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.

· Prepare customer account reconciliations.

· Maintain proper billing records and customer ledgers.
