Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in Tally Prime and maintain proper accounting records.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the organization.
- Review accounting entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Accounts Receivable & Revenue Management
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and customer account management.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and implement strategies for timely collections.
- Review aging reports and follow up on overdue payments with clients and internal teams.
- Resolve complex billing and payment-related issues.

Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Generate MIS reports, revenue analysis, profitability reports, and receivables summaries.




- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and yearly accounts.

Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Review GST returns, TDS filings, and tax reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits and assessments.
- Ensure proper maintenance of statutory records and financial documentation.

Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor budget utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions where required.

Team Management & Coordination
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounts team.
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
