Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Career Counsellor role based in Ernakulam. The Career Counsellor will guide students and professionals in choosing appropriate courses and career paths aligned with their goals, skills, and interests.



Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions and providing ongoing support for career development and job readiness. The role involves assessing learner profiles, helping create personalized learning and career plans, coordinating with trainers and placement teams, and maintaining accurate counseling records. The Career Counsellor will also support outreach activities, participate in events, and contribute to continuous improvement of counseling processes to enhance learner outcomes.

Qualifications
- Solid skills in Career Counseling and Student Counseling to guide learners effectively through education and career decisions.
- Competence in Career Development and Career Management to help individuals plan long-term growth and navigate career transitions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and empathetic interaction with diverse learner groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field;
