Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Executive role based in Ranchi, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and generating qualified leads through networking, outreach, and follow-ups. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients,



understanding their modular home requirements, presenting Ultrafresh solutions, and supporting them through the decision-making process. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, maintain relationships with existing customers, collaborate with design and operations teams, and contribute to local marketing and promotional activities to drive growth in the Ranchi market.

Qualifications
- Strong recent business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of business and commercial concepts, including basic sales planning and market research.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
