Role Overview
As an
Inside Sales Executive
, you will promote pharmaceutical products to
Hospitals, Clinics, Chemists, General Physicians, and Dermatologists
through calls and emails. You'll be responsible for lead generation, customer relationship management, product promotion, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Promote pharmaceutical products through outbound calls and emails.

Generate and convert leads into business opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements with hospital purchase managers.

Conduct product detailing and presentations.

Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

Preferred Background
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Hospital/Institutional Pharma Inside Sales.
- Experience in any of the following therapy areas:
- Gynaecology / IVF
- Vaccines
- Nephrology
- Oncology
- Ophthalmology
- Generic Pharma

Role Expectations

Around
80 outbound calls/day
Monthly sales target:
₹10–15 Lakhs
6 Days Working
