Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and thoughtful Business Analyst to lead requirement discovery, product thinking,



and business solution design for mobile applications, web platforms, admin portals, CMS systems, and internal digital tools.

This role requires someone who can go beyond basic requirement gathering and think deeply about business problems, user journeys, system behavior, operational impact, scalability, and long-term product value. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively with leadership and product teams to translate high-level business ideas into structured requirements, features, delivery phases, and measurable business outcomes.

The candidate should bring strong communication, documentation, analytical thinking, product mindset, and stakeholder management skills.
