Position: Restaurant Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Manage, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
- Conduct daily staff briefings before each shift to communicate targets, updates, and operational requirements.
- Handle employee and customer grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate smoothly between the kitchen and service teams.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Track daily sales, control operational costs, and achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹14,554.70 - ₹25,000.00 per month
