Job Responsibilities
- Conduct design research and develop concepts for seasonal collections.
- Create creatives, sampling tech packs, and coordinate sample development with vendors.
- Design graphics, labels, trims, and oversee product sampling.
- Prepare production-ready design tech packs for selected styles.
- Visit markets to study trends, competitor brands, and customer preferences.
- Work on garment fit improvements based on market requirements.

Required Skills
- 7–8 years of experience with domestic fashion brands.
- Experience in men's shirt design.
- Strong knowledge of shirt fabrics and garment construction.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of pattern making and garment construction.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skill
- Graphic design knowledge is an added advantage.
