Our HRBPs are embedded as strategic business partners—translating People priorities into measurable outcomes across engagement, performance, retention, and DEI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategy with unit-level goals across talent, performance, and culture.
- Design and execute people initiatives—onboarding, engagement surveys, retention programs, and recognition frameworks—to boost ROI on people investment.
- Lead performance cycles: coach managers on calibration, feedback, and development planning; drive accountability through metrics-driven reviews.
- Partner with L&D; to identify capability gaps and deploy targeted upskilling or leadership programs aligned with business outcomes.
- Advise on complex employee relations, policy interpretation, and change management—ensuring compliance and fostering psychological safety.




- Track and report HR KPIs (attrition, engagement, time-to-fill, diversity metrics) to leadership with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- HRIS (BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Performance Management Systems
- Employee Engagement Platforms (Glint, Lattice, Culture Amp)
- Change Management Frameworks
- DEI Strategy Implementation
- Labour Law Compliance (India)

Preferred
- SHRM-CP or SPHR Certification
- Experience in tech/startup ecosystems
- People Analytics (Power BI, Tableau)
