We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our Medical Devices team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing medical conferences, workshops, CMEs, cadaveric labs, and product launch events.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, faculty, vendors, hotels, and internal teams.
- Manage event logistics, registrations, travel, accommodation, and venue arrangements.
- Support marketing activities before, during, and after events.
- Prepare event reports, budgets, and maintain documentation.
- Ensure seamless execution of events while maintaining high skilled standards.

Eligibility:
- MBA (Marketing), BBA, or any graduate with an interest in event management.
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).




- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Proficient in MS Office.
