Urgent Hiring for Accounts Receivable at Mumbai office
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities –
Budget: 30k-45k
- Verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents before payment initiation.
- Reconcile agent accounts and follow up on outstanding balances, discrepancies, and pending settlements.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, internal departments for queries and clarifications.
- Monitor ageing receivable & payable accounts.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of overseas payment processing and account reconciliation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Accuracy in financial & banking documentation.
- Well versed with MS Excel and accounting concepts.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle jobs efficiently.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts (preferred from logistics sector).
