Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Manager role based in Mumbai. We are seeking a highly presentable, agile go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has no limitations on travel.

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the market introduction and sales growth of top-tier OEM ECDIS solutions. You will develop and execute aggressive sales and marketing strategies to capture market share, build the client base, and drive revenue. Daily responsibilities include pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, running targeted marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends. You will collaborate closely with operations and finance teams to align our cutting-edge navigation offerings with client needs, ensuring accurate forecasting and the successful achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the market entry and sales growth for premium ECDIS solutions and allied services.
- Identify, aggressively pursue, and develop current business opportunities in the maritime sector.




- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Travel extensively to conduct in-person client meetings, high-level presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare tailored proposals, accurate quotations, and comprehensive sales reports.
- Manage both digital and offline marketing activities, including campaigns and brand positioning.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
- Represent Prudence Marine Services professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and client summits.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Sales Drive: A highly motivated, "go-getter" attitude with a proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in maritime navigation equipment, marine logistics, or related industries.
