Role Summary
The Head of Sourcing will be responsible for leading and driving the organization's end-to-end candidate acquisition strategy across all sourcing channels. This role will oversee the B2C Sales, B2B Sales, Government Partnerships, and Performance Marketing functions to ensure a consistent and scalable pipeline of qualified candidates for AIM's international mobility programs. As a member of the leadership team, the incumbent will develop sourcing strategies, build high-performing teams,



establish strategic partnerships, drive revenue-linked sourcing targets, and ensure optimal conversion across the candidate acquisition funnel.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the overall sourcing and candidate acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's growth objectives.

Create annual, quarterly, and monthly sourcing plans to achieve candidate onboarding targets.
Identify and evaluate current sourcing channels, partnerships, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on business expansion and growth initiatives.
Build scalable acquisition models for various international mobility programs.
2. B2C Sales Management
Lead and manage the direct-to-candidate sales team.
Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Drive lead generation, counseling, conversion, and candidate onboarding.
