Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing initiatives. The Digital Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analytics, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms,



ensuring consistency with brand messaging and voice.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- SEO & SEM: Manage and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
